Grad Ceremony Checklist

 


To participate in the 2010 Graduation, eligible students must bring all of the following to Guidance between May 3rd and May 7th, 2010. (See schedule below).


All necessary forms listed below are in your package

  • Grad Fee (in the form of cash or cheque payable to St. Thomas More C.S.S.) - Females $90 & Males $80
  • Acknowledgement of Events Letter
  • Gown Deposit - $100 in the form of a cheque only post-dated to June 29, 2010 (payable to St. Thomas More C.S.S.). This will be returned after the ceremony when the gown and stole are returned (it will only be cashed if the gown and stole are not returned)

Student Information Sheet for Graduation Awards (is optional but will be used in the consideration of grad award recipients)

Schedule for Paying Fees


Fees are paid in Guidance between Monday, May 3rd & Friday, May 7th at the following times:

Monday May 3 2:50-4:00 pm (This is the preferred date and time)
(in cafeteria)
Tuesday May 4 2:50-4:00 pm (in cafeteria)
Friday May 7 9:45 – 10:00
  11:00 – 11:30
  12:15 – 12:45
  2:50 – 3:30

Student may not miss class to pay their fees. Students must have submitted their Christian Service Hours to receive their ceremony tickets without delay.


To purchase tickets to attend the Dinner-Dance which is held on June 29, 2010 you must participate in the ceremony on June 28th.
Dinner-Dance tickets will be on sale between Monday, May 31st and Friday, June 4th, 2010.
